End User Legal Agreement (EULA)

This End User Legal Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and HOBA Tech Ltd for the use of our services and products.

1. Grant of License

HOBA Tech Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our services and products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our products; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our products; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense our products.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or HOBA Tech Ltd. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from HOBA Tech Ltd if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HOBA Tech Ltd be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our products or services.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
